إراحة الأساسيين وتدريبات خططية في مران الدراويش

أدي الفريق الأول لكرة القدم بالنادي الإسماعيلي، مرانه اليوم استعدادًا لمواجهة شقيقه المصري البورسعيدي في الأسبوع الـ 31 من بطولة الدوري العام علي ملعب برج العرب بالإسكندرية.
شهد المران راحة اللاعبين الأساسيين من أجل منحهم فرصة لإلتقاط الأنفاس بعد أداء مباراة الزمالك مساء أمس – الإثنين – ضمن منافسات كأس مصر.
اشتمل المران على تدريبات خططية منها سرعة التحول من الجانب الدفاعي الهجومي فضلاً عن الاستحواذ والتسليم والتسلم في المساحات الضيقة، كما تطرق المران لتدريبات بدنية خفيفة للاعبين بهدف الارتقاء بالمعدلات البدنية لديهم.
واختتم المران بتقسيمة بغرض إصلاح الأخطاء الفنية التي تم الوقوع فيها والعمل على تلافيها خلال المباريات المقبلة.
