الإستئناف تؤيد قرار خصم ثلاث نقاط من الإسماعيلي

أيدت لجنة الإستئناف بالاتحاد المصري لكرة القدم قرار خصم ثلاث نقاط من النادي الإسماعيلي في حالة عدم تنفيذ حكم المحكمة الرياضية الدولية لصالح نادي النجوم خلال 30 يومًا من تاريخ 23 فبراير 2021.

وقررت اللجنة قبول تظلم النادي الإسماعيلي في هذا الشأن شكلاً و رفضه موضوعًا، و ذلك بعد حصول نادي النجوم لكرة القدم على حكم من المحكمة الرياضية الدولية بأحقيته في الحصول على مبلغ مليون و 250 ألف دولار بالإضافة الى 6 ألاف فرانك سويسري من نسبة بيع اللاعب إبراهيم حسن من النادي الإسماعيلي إلى نادي الزمالك عام 2018.

وأمهلت لجنة الإنضباط بالإتحاد المصري لكرة القدم النادي الإسماعيلي شهراً لتنفيذ الحكم خلال 30 يوماً بدءاً من تاريخ 23 فبراير الماضي ، وإلا سيتم خصم ثلاث نقاط من النادي الإسماعيلي.
