انتهاء الراحة .. الإسماعيلي يبدأ استعداداته للمقاصة

استأنف الفريق الأول لكرة القدم بالنادي الإسماعيلي، مرانه الجماعي مساء اليوم بعد الراحة التي حصل عليها الفريق لمدة 24 ساعة عقب الفوز على الجونة بثلاثية نظيفة مساء الخميس الماضي ضمن منافسات الدوري العام.
ويستعد الدراويش لملاقاة مصر المقاصة يوم الإثنين المقبل فى تمام الساعة السادسة والنصف مساءً، فى إطار الجولة الـ 28 من عمر المسابقة المحلية.
بدأ المران بتدريبات جري حول الملعب من أجل الارتقاء بالمستوى البدني للفريق، وأعقبها تدريبات علي الاستلام والتسلم والاستحواذ للارتقاء بالنواحي الفنية والمهارية للاعبين.
اشتمل المران علي تدريبات تكتيكية للمهاجمين علي كيفية خلق الفرص وترجمتها الي أهداف وتدريبات للمدافعين علي التمركز الصحيح والتعامل مع هجمات الخصم.
