عودة الثلاثي الدولي .. الاسماعيلي يواصل استعداداته للداخلية

واصل الفريق الأول لكرة القدم بالنادي الإسماعيلي مرانه اليوم الجمعة علي الملعب الرئيسي بإستاد الإسماعيلية ضمن برنامج الاستعداد لملاقاة الداخلية يوم الإثنين المقبل الموافق 30 من الشهر الجاري في إطار منافسات الأسبوع الخامس من بطولة دوري النيل.
اشتمل المران علي مجموعة من التدريبات البدنية تحت قيادة أحمد سامح مدرب الأحمال من أجل الارتقاء بالمستوى البدني للاعبين ثم قسم الجهاز الفني للفريق بقيادة إيهاب جلال اللاعبين إلي مجموعتين و أدت كل مجموعة تدريبات تكتيكية متنوعة و تقسيمات علي المرمي الصغير من أجل تطوير دقة التسديد و إنهاء الهجمات على المرمي.
في ذات السياق ،أدى رباعي حراس المرمى محمد فوزي وكمال السيد وعبدالله جمال وعبد الرحمن محمود تدريبات قوية تحت قيادة مصطفى كمال مدرب الحراس.
خاض محمد هاشم تدريبات تأهيلية منفردة تحت إشراف الجهاز الطبي واستمر الثنائي محمد بيومي و محمد عمار في خوض للتدريبات التأهيلية وفقا للبرنامج المخصص لهما من قبل الجهاز الطبي تمهيدا لمشاركتهما في التدريبات الجماعية للفريق خلال الفترة المقبلة
شهد المران عودة الثنائي حمادة صلاح و بشار أشرف من منتخب مصر مواليد 2005 و خاضا مرانهما بشكل طبيعي مع الفريق بينما ادي عبد الله حسن “بيدو” تدريبات تأهيلية منفردة بسبب الإصابة التي لحقت به في معسكر المنتخب.
وحرص إيهاب جلال المدير الفني للفريق علي عقد جلسة مطولة بعد المران مع عصام صبحي لاعب الفريق و ذلك في إطار حرص الجهاز الفني علي عقد اجتماعات مستمرة مع اللاعبين
